All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use trusted shipping partners to deliver your orders.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@boldmocha.com.
We will either replace the product or issue a refund after verifying the issue.
6. International Shipping
Currently, shipping is available only in the USA.
