1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We use trusted shipping partners to deliver your orders.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@boldmocha.com.

  • We will either replace the product or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, shipping is available only in the USA.

  • We hope to support International customers in the future.
