1. Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
If the product is damaged or broken upon arrival.
If the product does not arrive.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@boldmocha.com with your order number and details of the issue.
2. Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
Coffee that has been opened or consumed
Change of mind or preference
4. Shipping Issues
If your order does not arrive, please contact us immediately at hello@boldmocha.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue or send a replacement if necessary.
